Ingredients:
1 large apple, cut in half, seeds removed
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted (or butter)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp oat flour
2 tbsp quick oats
pinch of cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cut apples in half and remove core and seeds with a small knife or spoon.
Combine all ingredients and spoon on top of the apple halves. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
