Challenges involve commitment, determination, and a willingness to embrace something new. Every challenge we embrace offers us a chance to grow in new and meaningful ways.
Join us for the special 21 Days of SAOR challenge. We invite you to take 21 different SAOR classes within 30 days. This challenge is FREE to join, allows multiple classes in a day, and encourages you to explore various movement modes to reach your goal. If you usually lean towards high-energy classes, consider the challenge of slowing down with Flow and Restore classes or vice versa.
Each participant will also receive our 30 day Nourish program to help inspire healthy meals during the challenge.
