As a participant, you'll receive our nourish program with delicious recipes, along with accountability posters to track your progress in the studio. Join us in-person or virtually to experience the bliss of self-care and the benefits of a nurtured and well cared for self.

How to participate:

  1. Sign up for our ‘back to me’ challenge below (free).

  2. Add your name to our challenge poster in the studio this week.

  3. Fill out a self-care commitment card at the front entrance.

  4. Prioritize your own self-care needs for 21 days.

  5. Prizes awarded to three people who complete the challenge (random draw).
