Chia Hydrator
Ingredients:
2 tbsp of chia seeds
3 cups of water
fresh squeezed juice from 1 lemon
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a reusable jar.
Let stand for 10 min’s or longer
Consider making the night before and leave it overnight to allow the chia seeds to gel and become more easily digestible.
