Green Citrus Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/3 cup frozen avocado
1/2 small zucchini
1/2-inch peeled ginger
1 cup packed fresh baby spinach
1 small orange (peeled)
1 lime (freshly squeezed)
3 small pitted dates
1 cup of ice
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs hemp seeds
Directions:
Add the water into a high-speed blender followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
