Green Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/3 cup frozen avocado

  • 1/2 small zucchini

  • 1/2-inch peeled ginger

  • 1 cup packed fresh baby spinach

  • 1 small orange (peeled)

  • 1 lime (freshly squeezed)

  • 3 small pitted dates

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1 tbs chia seeds

  • 1 tbs hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. Add the water into a high-speed blender followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.

  2. Serve and enjoy!
