Lemon Elixir

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups + filtered water (depends how potent you like your drink)

  • 1 fresh lemon (squeezed)

  • 1 tbs (or more) apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a jar and mix well. Enjoy cold!

  2. Pre-make 3 of these drinks and keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  3. It makes for a great energizing mid afternoon boost as well.
