Lemon Elixir
Ingredients:
2 cups + filtered water (depends how potent you like your drink)
1 fresh lemon (squeezed)
1 tbs (or more) apple cider vinegar
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a jar and mix well. Enjoy cold!
Pre-make 3 of these drinks and keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days.
It makes for a great energizing mid afternoon boost as well.
