On Day 1 of our Mindfulness course, we’ll explore the power of the five senses to deepen our awareness. By focusing on what we see, hear, smell, taste, and touch, we can connect more fully with the present moment. This sensory awareness helps us tune into our body and mind, making recognizing our needs and desires easier. Engaging with our senses allows us to cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves, fostering greater clarity and balance in our lives.
