Our 30 day NOURISH program is designed to provide you with tools to inspire a healthy and vibrant lifestyle. Together we’ll get curious about the habits that are serving us and where we can make changes to feel more nourished in our body, mind and spirit. Delicious new recipes, vitality resources to inspire new habits and like-minded friends to feel accountability with. We provide tools to feel healthy, vibrant and balanced in your life.

We have 3 options for you to choose from. Our NOURISH complete program includes the nutrition program as well as unlimited virtual, outdoor and studio classes over 30 days. We also have a NOURISH virtual program if you can’t join us in the studio and are interested in nutrition + movement. Lastly, we have the NOURISH nutrition only program for anyone who already has an unlimited membership with us.

Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups gluten free flour

  • 3/4 cup organic maple syrup

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 c coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Icing:

  • 2 medium avocados

  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  • Brownie batter: mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a greased 8” pan. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Cool and serve

  • Icing: Place avocados in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add cocoa and maple syrup until fully combined.

  • Lightly frost the brownies and put in the fridge to keep fresh.
