Warm Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cups almond milk

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup steel cut oats

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • Optional Toppings: Greek yogurt, hemp seeds, flax seeds and apple wedges

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized pot, bring almond milk and water to rapid boil

  2. Add remaining ingredients. Bring back to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and cover. Let sit out at room temperature overnight.

  4. Reheat and serve with optional toppings in the morning.
