Ingredients:
1 cups almond milk
2 cups water
1 cup steel cut oats
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Optional Toppings: Greek yogurt, hemp seeds, flax seeds and apple wedges
Directions:
In a medium sized pot, bring almond milk and water to rapid boil
Add remaining ingredients. Bring back to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and cover. Let sit out at room temperature overnight.
Reheat and serve with optional toppings in the morning.
