Apple Pie Chia Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 apple (cut into small pieces)

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • pinch nutmeg  

 Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until apple is smooth.
