Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients(brownie): 

·     1 1/2 cups gluten free flour

·     3/4 cup organic maple syrup

·     1 tsp baking powder

·     1 tsp baking soda

·     1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

·     1 cup hot water

·     1 egg

·     1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

·     1 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients(icing):

·     2 medium avocados

·     3/4 cup cocoa powder

·     1/2 cup maple syrup

 Directions:

  1. Brownie batter: mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a greased 8” pan. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Cool and serve

  2. Icing: Place avocados in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add cocoa and maple syrup until fully combined.

  3. Lightly frost the brownies and put in the fridge to keep fresh.
