Our popular post-natal program is designed to help you connect to your inner core and strengthen these important stabilizing muscles after experiencing pregnancy and labour. This progressive program builds your internal core connection each week and will help you both strengthen and release these muscles so you can move safely in group classes. Our 8 week program is lead by Kathleen, a certified Pre-Post Natal Fitness Specialist. Kathleen will hold generous space for everyone to ask questions and tailor the classes to the groups specific needs.
This program is a great way to meet and connect with new moms in our community, gain new awareness of your physical training needs and re-build strength in your core systems.
Children of all ages are welcome to join you in each class as we uncover new strength together.
