Creamy Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 handfuls organic spinach
1 cup filtered water
1/2 avocado
1 medium banana
1 tablespoon tahini
2 dates, pitted
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, chopped (adjust to your taste)
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
Simply add all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until thick and creamy. You can add ice to thicken or vanilla protein to increase nutrition value.
