PB & Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
Wet ingredients:
3 mashed bananas
¾ cup natural creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
¼ cup pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon almond milk
Dry ingredients:
1 cup gluten free oat flour (make your own)
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (for sprinkling on top)
Directions:
In large bowl stir together dry ingredients
In a separate bowl whisk together wet ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Preheat oven to 375F and grease a muffin tin.
Fill each muffin tin 3/4 full and bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
