PB & Banana Muffins

Ingredients: 

Wet ingredients:

  • 3 mashed bananas

  • ¾ cup natural creamy peanut butter

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tablespoon almond milk

Dry ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten free oat flour (make your own)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 2-3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (for sprinkling on top)

 Directions:

  1. In large bowl stir together dry ingredients

  2. In a separate bowl whisk together wet ingredients.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.

  4. Preheat oven to 375F and grease a muffin tin.

  5. Fill each muffin tin 3/4 full and bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
