Ingredients (for 3-4 servings):
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
1.5 cups large flake oats
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
2 tablespoons flax seed meal
2 fresh peaches, chopped
Optional Toppings: Dollop of Greek yogurt, flax seeds and ripe peaches
Directions:
In a medium sized pot, bring almond milk and water to rapid boil.
Add oats and maple syrup. Bring back to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes or until oatmeal is fully cooked.
Serve with optional toppings in the morning.
