Pear & Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
1 cup almond milk
1 pear (peeled and chopped)
1 banana
1 zucchini (peeled and chopped)
1 chunk ginger (about the size of a child’s thumb)
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1/3 cup ice
1 scoop protein powder (Genuine Health Vanilla flavour works well)
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
cinnamon (garnish smoothie with a sprinkle)
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together.
