Pear & Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):

  • 1 cup almond milk 

  • 1 pear (peeled and chopped)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 zucchini (peeled and chopped)

  • 1 chunk ginger (about the size of a child’s thumb)

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower 

  • 1/3 cup ice

  • 1 scoop protein powder (Genuine Health Vanilla flavour works well)

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 

  • cinnamon (garnish smoothie with a sprinkle)


Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
