Protein Power Cookies
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
3/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup tahini
1 big scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 cup quick oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup ground flax seed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas in the bottom of a mixing bowl. Add egg whites, tahini and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well again.
Scoop batter onto baking sheet to form cookies. Flatten using the bottom of a measuring cup.
Bake the cookies in the oven for 18-22 minutes.
