Pumpkin Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 can pure organic pumpkin puree

  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds {or raw nut of choice}

  • 1 cup chopped dried cherries {or dried fruit of choice}

  • ¼ cup ground flax

  • 3 tbsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 4 tbsp raw honey

  • Optional: Hemp seeds, chia seeds or shredded coconut to roll balls in

 Directions:

1.     Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.

2.     Roll into individual balls and roll in the optional topping of your choice.

3.     Refrigerate for 30 min and enjoy.

4.     Store leftovers in fridge for up to one week.
