Cycle Seed Toast

Ingredients (bowl): 

  • ½ cup sliced almonds

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 tbsp psyllium husk powder

  • 1 tsp fine sea salt

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 1 ½ cups water

for menstrual & follicular phase (day 1-14)

  • ½ cup sunflower

  • 1 cup flax seeds


for ovulatory & luteal phase (day 15-28)

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup flax seeds

Directions:

  1. In a flexible silicon pan combine all dry ingredients

  2. Whisk water, maple syrup and oil and add to the dry ingredients and mix well

  3. Smooth out the top of the loaf and let sit for at least 2 hours (can be up to overnight)

  4. Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 20 min on middle rack

  5. Remove bread from loaf plan, place upside down directly on the rack and bake for another 30 -40 minutes
