4 x 8-ounce skinless halibut fillets (about 1 inch thick)
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
Place a steamer in a large saucepan. Add enough water to reach just below it. Bring to a boil.
Add the vegetables and steam, covered, until tender, about 7 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, lightly season with olive oil, lemon juice, zest and salt & pepper. Cover until ready to serve.
Season the halibut. Place the halibut on the steamer, cover, and cook until it flakes easily and is the same color throughout, about 7 minutes.
