Teacher Training: Restore + Mindfulness

In our final immersive weekend together, we will explore the world of restoration and mindfulness. We’ll examine how these practices can stand alone while also being integral to every SAOR class.

As we review the principles of Restore, we will deepen our understanding of the healing potential of various postures and the role of breath in connecting with our nervous system.

By incorporating mindfulness into our practice, we can enhance our awareness, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being for ourselves and our future students. This journey will empower us to create a more compassionate and connected experience in every class we lead.
