In order to access some features of the website, you will have to create a SAOR studio account. You may never use another person’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep you account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You are strictly prohibited from the possession of duplicate SAOR studio accounts where the account holder name, email address, phone number or physical address are the same. SAOR studio reserves the right to merge such accounts without prior warning. Duplicate accounts that have been used to gain access to promotions or offers that would not have been available to the account holder had they not been in possession of multiple accounts will be charged for the full value of services received without prior warning.
MEMBER SERVICES AND POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS: You must cancel your class at least 10 hours in advance for morning classes (6,7, 8am) and 5 hours in advance for day time classes (9am - 8pm). If you need to cancel within this window, there will be a $15 fee, or you will lose a class pass. Additionally, if you are a no-show (without cancelling), there will be a $25 fee. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: You agree that SAOR studio is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in the facility. You assume all risk of loss for any of your personal belongings.
REFUND POLICY
CLASSES: All classes and credit packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.
MEMBERSHIP: All monthly membership packages are non-refundable. No exceptions. Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime by contacting us via email, phone, or in person at the studio. We require 30 days notice to cancel your memberships.
RETAIL ITEMS: Unused merchandise will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and will be issued to original form(s) of payment. After 7 days, a store credit will be issued for up to 30 days.
GIFT CARDS: All gift cards are non-refundable. No exceptions. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
WORKSHOPS: All workshops are non-refundable. No exceptions.
MEDIA CONSENT AND RECORDING POLICY
By participating in classes at SAOR Studio, you consent to the recording of short videos and photos for marketing purposes, which may include promotional materials and social media content. By attending, you acknowledge that these recordings may feature your likeness and grant permission for their use without compensation. If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform the instructor before the start of the class
LIABILITY
By creating an account and/or attending classes, events, services, activities and other programs and using SAOR studio facilities and equipment, you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in the strenuous nature of SAOR services.
You hereby acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in an intense physical exercise program.
You are aware of the physical nature and possible risk of injury in participating in SAOR studio training.
You are physically able to participate in the classes and program.
You agree to hold SAOR studio, and its successors and assign, harmless from and against any liability for injury or damages or issues of any nature that may be incurred as a result of the classes, nutrition guide or the later use of technique or methods acquired during the classes and program use.
It is your obligation to immediately inform SAOR studio of any pain, discomfort, fatigue or any other symptoms that may occur during the classes and program.
You understand that the age of participating is 18 years, unless accompanied by a parent or a guardian. A person under the age of 18 is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian while in SAOR studio, before, during and after class.
You understand and acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending classes, programs or trainings at SAOR studio and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability and death.
TERMS
Please understand that it is your responsibility to work directly with your physician before, during, and after seeking fitness and nutrition consultation. As such, any information provided by SAOR Studio is not to be followed without the prior approval of your physician. If you choose to use this information without the prior consent of your physician, you are agreeing to accept full responsibility for your decision.
I, on behalf of myself, and my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, agree to hold the owner(s) of SAOR studio, on behalf of themselves, and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, harmless for any and all kinds of actions, claims, damages, expenses or costs in connection with our work together, and also release same of all potential liability howsoever caused or resulting from our work together. I have read the above and fully understand the contents hereof and I am signing this Waiver & Release of Liability freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
