Tropical Storm Smoothie
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup cauliflower
1 small pear
1/2 avocado
1 lime, juiced
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1-2 tablespoon flaxseed meal
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a high powered blender. Mix well and serve cold.
