Ingredients (for 2 servings): 

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 1/2 cup cauliflower

  • 1 small pear

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1-2 tablespoon flaxseed meal

 

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high powered blender. Mix well and serve cold.
